Helen Fost is a graduate of the Healing the Light Body School based on Inka healing traditions of the Andes, trained with Alberto Villoldo and The Four Winds Society, and with Q'ero and Amazonian shamans in Peru. She also studied meditation and healing for 16 years with Swiss healer and mystic, Manuel Schoch.

She is a certified practitioner in Time Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching and Astrology. She is a Member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy, the Association of Professional Astrologers, and the Association for Interfaith Ministers & Spiritual Counsellors.
